Cancelling or Changing an Appointment

If you can’t attend your appointment, contact us as soon as possible to cancel. This is so we can offer your appointment to someone else in need.

To cancel your appointment:

• Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• Using the GP online system SystmOnline
• Phone us on 020 7727 2326 - Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
